About Rooms
- Can I specify the view?
We can accept your request, but we cannot guarantee it.
- What is the difference between Executive Twin, Standard Twin and Classic Twin?
The Executive Twin is a newly renovated room in April 2024. The Standard Twin was renovated in 2016, and the Classic Twin has not been renovated.
- Do you have any smoking rooms?
There is no smoking room. Please use the smoking area on the second floor.
- What kind of amenities do you have?
Only toothbrushes are available in the room. Combs, shavings and cotton sets will be given at the front desk.
- Tell me about the futon laying.
We ask for self-service that you can lay on your own futon bedding in Japanese and Western rooms.

>For those who have food allergies- How much is the addition of a buffet?
The additional fee for the buffet is as follows.
Dinner: Adults 9,200 yen / Elementary school students 7,300 yen / Infants 2,000 yen
Breakfast: Adults and elementary school students 3,800 yen / Infants 2,000 yen- Can I reserve a seat?
We do not accept reservations because seats are non-reserved seats.
- Is it possible to use the buffet on a day trip?
If you have a seat available, you can use it on a day trip. Please contact us in advance.
- Do you have lunch?
I'm not ready.
- May I bring a cake?
We do not accept carry-on or custody. Thank you for your understanding.
- Do you have baby food?
Baby food is available. Please contact the staff.
- Do you need a reservation for the buffet?
If there is a space available, you can use it on the day, but we recommend making a reservation in advance.
- Can children use the night lounge?
You can use it. Please note that seats are limited, so please use each other.
- Can I bring drinks and sweets in the lounge back to the room?
Please refrain from taking it out of the lounge.
About the public bath
- Is it possible to take a day trip bath?
We do not accept day-trip bathing.
- Do you have towels?
Towels are not available. Please bring it from the guest room.
- Do you have any amenities in the public bath?
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, milky lotion, cleansing oil are available.
- How old do children enter the opposite sex bath?
Children over 7 years old cannot take a mixed bath in the opposite sex bath.
- Can pregnant women use the public bath?
The public bath is also available for pregnant guests.
- Do you have a bath time cover?
Bath time covers are available at the front desk.
- I have a tattoo and a tattoo, can I take a bath?
In principle, bathing in the public bath for those with tattoos and tattoos is not allowed. However, entrance is permitted, provided the tattoo can be concealed by applying two 8cm x 10cm cover stickers,

It is available from 14:00 before check-in and until 12:00 after check-out.
- Are there rentals or sales of floating rings?
There is no rental of floating rings, but it is sold at the shop. (Shop opening hours from 8:00 to 11:00 / 16:30 to 21:00)
- Do you have a dressing room?
There is a dressing room. There is a limited number, so please transfer it to each other.
- Do you have a towel rental?
There is no rental of towels. Please bring your own.
- Do you have lockers with keys?
Lockers with locks are available in the dressing room.
- Is it possible to use it with water play pants?
You can use it if you wear a swimsuit from above.
- Can I reserve a parasol?
We do not accept advance reservations for parasols.
- Do you have table tennis?
There is a table tennis corner on the first floor. (Opening hours: 15:00 to 23:00)
- Do you have a game corner?
There is a game corner on the 3rd floor. (Opening hours: 15:00 to 23:00)
- Do you have a tennis court?
There is no tennis court.
- Do you have a kids' corner?
There is no kids corner.
About others
- Do you have coin laundry?
It's on the first floor. (Open 24 hours)
- Can I ship my luggage from the hotel?
Yes, you can. We accept it at the shop. (Shop opening hours from 8:00 to 11:00 / 16:30 to 21:00)
- Can I rent a wheelchair?
Although the number is limited, wheelchairs that can be used in the building are available.
- Do you have an ice machine?
There is no ice machine in the hotel. We sell ice at the shop. (Shop opening hours from 8:00 to 11:00 / 16:30 to 21:00)
- Do you have a cigarette vending machine?
There is no vending machine in the hotel.
- Do you have an alcohol vending machine?
There is no vending machine for alcohol in the hotel. Please purchase alcohol at the shop. (Shop opening hours from 8:00 to 11:00 / 16:30 to 21:00)
- Do you have a microwave oven?
It is located in the nursing room on the second floor.
- Is there a parking lot?
There is a free parking lot that can be parked about 300 cars.

For luggage storage before arrival and after departure, please use the dial locker in front of the lobby.
