- Can I stay only for minors?

Rooms
- Is it possible to specify the view?
We can't accept your request, but we can't make a promise.
- What is the difference between superior Twin, Standard Twin and Classic Twin?
superior Twin is a newly renovated guest room in April 2024. The Standard Twin was renovated in 2016, and the Classic Twin was not renovated.
- Do you have any smoking rooms?
There are no smoking rooms. Please use the smoking space on the second floor.
- What kind of amenities do you have?
Only a toothbrush is available in the room. The comb, shaving, and cotton set will be given at the front desk.
- Could you tell me about the futon mat?
We ask for self-service that customers can lay their own futons in Japanese-style and Western-style rooms.
About restaurant lounge

>For those who have food allergies- How much is the addition of the buffet?
The additional fees for the buffet are as follows.
Dinner: 9,200 yen for adults / 7,300 yen for elementary school students / 2,000 yen for infants
Breakfast: Adults and elementary school students 3,800 yen / Infants 2,000 yen- Can I reserve a seat?
The seats are unreserved, so we don't accept reservations.
- Is it possible to use the buffet on a day trip?
If there is a vacancy in the table, it is also possible to use it on a day trip. Please contact us in advance.
- Do you have lunch?
I don't have it.
- May I bring you a cake?
We do not accept carry-on or carry-on. Thank you for your understanding.
- Do you have baby food ready?
Baby food is available. Please contact the staff.
- Do I need to make a reservation for the buffet?
If there is space available, you can use it on the day, but we recommend that you make a reservation in advance.
- Is it possible for children to use the night lounge?
You can use it. Seats are limited, so please give each other and use them.
- Can I bring the lounge drinks and sweets back to my room?
Please refrain from taking it out of the lounge.
About the large bath
- Is it possible to take a day trip?
We do not accept day-trip bathing.
- Do you have towels ready?
We don't have towels. Please bring it from the guest room.
- Do you have any amenities in the public bath?
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, milky lotion and cleansing oil are available.
- Until what age does a child enter a bath of the opposite sex?
Children over 7 years old cannot take a mixed bath in a bath of the opposite sex.
- Can pregnant women use the large public bath?
The large public bath is also available for pregnant customers.
- Do you have a bath time cover?
Bath time covers are available at the front desk.
- I have tattoos and tattoos. Can I take a bath?
In principle, bathing in the large public bath for those who have tattoos and tattoos is not allowed. However, entrance is permitted, provided the tattoo can be concealed by applying two 8cm x 10cm cover stickers,

We have dry sauna for men and mist sauna for women.
About pool activity
- Is there a charge for using the pool?
Guests can use it free of charge.

Drinks (soft drinks only) can be eaten, but meals are not allowed.
- Can I use it before check-in and after check-out?
Available from 13:30 before check-in and from 12:00 after check-out.
- Do you have any rental or sale of floats?
There is no rental of floats, but they are sold at the shop. (Shop business hours 16:30 to 21:00)
- Do you have a changing room?
There is a changing room. The number is limited, so please use each other.
- Do you have a towel rental?
We don't rent towels. Please bring it by yourself.
- Do you have a locker with a key?
There is a locker with a key in the dressing room.
- Is it possible to use it with water-playing pants?
You can use it if you wear a swimsuit from the top.
- Can I reserve a parasol?
We do not accept advance reservations for parasols.
- Do you have table tennis?
There is a table tennis corner on the first floor. (Open hours from 15:00 to 23:00)
- Do you have a game corner?
There is a game corner on the 3rd floor. (Open hours from 15:00 to 23:00)
- Do you have tennis courts?
There's no tennis court.
- Do you have a kids' corner?
There is no kids corner.

- Do you have a coin laundry?
It's on the first floor. (Open 24 hours)
- Is it possible to send luggage from the hotel?
Yes, you can. It's available at the shop. (Shop business hours 16:30 to 21:00)
- Can I rent a wheelchair?
Although the number is limited, we have wheelchairs that can be used in the hall.
- Do you have an ice machine?
There is no ice machine in the hall. We sell ice at the shop. (Shop business hours 16:30 to 21:00)
- Do you have a vending machine for cigarettes?
There are no vending machines for cigarettes in the hall.
- Do you have a vending machine for alcohol?
There is no vending machine for alcohol in the hall. Please purchase alcohol at the shop. (Shop business hours 16:30 to 21:00)
- Do you have a microwave oven?
It's located in the nursing room on the second floor.
- Do you have a parking lot?
We have a free parking lot where you can park about 300 cars.
- Do you have a shuttle bus?

- Can I check my baggage?
For luggage storage before arrival and after departure, please use a dial locker in front of the lobby.
