■Free shuttle bus
We operate a shuttle bus between JR Maisaka Station and Grand Mercure Lake Hamana Resort & Spa.
※Reservations are not required. When using, please check the time before boarding.
※Get on and off at the north exit of Maisaka Station on the JR Tokaido Line. The ride time is about 7 minutes.

■What is all-inclusive
This is a stay style that includes meals, lounges, hot springs, and activities in advance.
After check-in, you can spend a relaxing time, such as enjoying seasonal tastes unique to the area at the restaurant, participating in hot springs and activities, without worrying about additional charges. In the lounge, you can also enjoy alcohol such as beer and wine, soft drinks and snacks.

■Dinner buffet
From April 1, 2026, a new menu based on the concept of "Marche" will appear.
"Marche" means "a market where seasonal ingredients gather" in French.
We will deliver dishes that make use of the blessings of the season, the dynamism of the live kitchen, and the fresh experience unique to your travel destination as a menu that you can taste with your five senses. Please enjoy a moment to spend at Marche, a travel destination full of the fun of discovery.
