・Consumption tax and service charge are included in the displayed price.
・Please note that it is not possible to specify the number of floors or views of the guest room.
Notes: ・Elementary school children will be charged the same price as adults.
・Children between the ages of 0 and 2 are free of charge. The meal fee is also free.
・Children aged 3 to 6 years old will be charged the same fee as adults for "meal and bedding use". If bedding is not required, only meals will be charged.

We operate a shuttle bus between JR Maisaka Station and Grand Mercure Lake Hamana Resort & Spa.
※Reservation is not required. When using, please check the time before boarding.
※Get on and off is the north exit of Maisaka Station on the JR Tokaido Line. The ride time is about 7 minutes.

You can enjoy a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes with colorful and gorgeous appearance. Drinks such as beer, wine, soft drinks are also free flow.
Please eat slowly while talking about your discoveries and excitement during your trip.

■Executive Lake View Lounge

This lounge has a calm atmosphere that can be used by guests staying in executive twins and suite rooms.
Located on the 13th floor on the top floor of the hotel, while enjoying the magnificent view of Hamanako, beer, sparkling wine, red wine, white wine and snacks, bonito chips made from Yaizu bonito "Bali Katsuokun." We also have an eel bone, so you can enjoy the local taste.
